Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on the method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs or logistical delays outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our tools and equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clothing (hygiene reasons)
  • Back Braces & Suspenders (hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Used Air Tools or Chainsaws & Pole Saws that have been activated or had fuel/oil added (safety reasons). Unused items in original packaging are acceptable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories. Ship it to the address provided using a trackable service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the new item.

Depending on your bank or PayPal account, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to post.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or model, follow the return process above. In your email, specify the model or SKU you want. We will reserve the new item and ship it promptly after processing your return.
