Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our product range, this includes:
  • Clothing (for hygiene reasons)
  • Back Braces & Suspenders (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Any used Air Tools or Chainsaws & Pole Saws that have been activated or had fuel/oil added (for safety reasons). Unused items in original packaging are acceptable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include all manuals and accessories, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or a defective product).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Depending on your bank or PayPal account, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be fully posted to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the model or SKU of the item you wish to exchange for. We will ensure the new item is reserved for you and shipped promptly after we process your return.
